Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Consultants to join our growing real estate team. Whether you are a fresh graduate eager to start your career or a professional with up to 10 years of sales experience , this role provides an excellent opportunity to excel in the property sales industry with structured training, attractive commissions, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote property sales.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Source, generate, and follow up on leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.
• Participate in open house events, sales exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced professionals (up to 10 years in real estate/property sales or related industries) will be given preference.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Urdu).
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
