Position Overview

You will be responsible for promoting Dubai’s off-plan and ready properties to both local and international investors.

The role requires proactive lead generation, client relationship building, and coordination with developers and partners.

This is a performance-driven position, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, self-discipline, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Employment Models

1️ Full Commission Model

  • 100% commission-based structure
  • Visa provided upon successful on boarding
  • Attractive commission rates (based on developer payout)
  • No basic salary or retainer
  • Unlimited earning potential

2️ Retainer + Commission Model *** This can be provided for Real estate consultants/Agents who has more than 1 year experince

  • Monthly retainer: AED 1,000–2,000
  • Visa not provided for the first 2 months
  • If the agent closes a deal, the total retainer amount paid during that period will be deducted from future commissions
  • If no contract is signed within 2 months, the engagement will be terminated automatically
  • Upon successful closing within the initial 2-month period, visa sponsorship will be issued

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on property leads via social media, digital campaigns, and networking
  • Conduct client consultations and virtual/onsite property tours
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers and clients
  • Manage documentation for bookings, EOI, and contracts
  • Work closely with the Japanese management team for deal progress and client updates
  • Report weekly activity and sales performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (real estate or related field preferred)
  • Must be currently residing in Dubai
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Must have own laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Independent and target-oriented mindset

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday; flexibility based on client schedules)

  • No accommodation or transportation allowance provided
  • Ongoing training and mentorship directly from the Japanese management team
