We are a growing real estate consultancy focused on premium and upcoming projects across West Pune. Our goal is to provide clients with transparent, professional, and value-driven property advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients for residential and commercial properties.
• Handle client inquiries through calls, site visits, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
• Present property options to clients based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with current real estate trends, pricing, and new projects in the market.
• Maintain proper documentation and client databases in CRM.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales / property consultancy preferred (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of the Pune real estate market (especially West Pune) will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Education:

• Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or any relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
