Real Estate Consultant
A high-growth player in the Residential & Commercial Real Estate brokerage and PropTech-enabled property advisory sector operating across India. We specialise in curated property discovery, end-to-end transaction support and investor advisory—combining field sales expertise with digital tools to accelerate deal closures. This is an on-site sales & advisory role focused on driving revenue through client acquisition, property tours and negotiated transactions.
Role & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales cycle for residential and/or commercial properties: prospecting, qualification, site visits, negotiation and closure.

Conduct property valuations, prepare comparative market analyses and present tailored proposals to buyers and sellers.

Generate and convert leads through targeted outreach, walk-ins, referrals and on-ground events to meet monthly revenue targets.

Coordinate and conduct regular on-site property inspections, open houses and client accompaniment during legal/financial meetings.

Maintain accurate records in CRM, update pipeline status, and prepare timely sales reports and forecasting inputs for leadership.

Ensure compliance with RERA and local regulatory requirements; liaise with legal/finance teams to expedite documentation and disbursals.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

Proven track record in property sales or client advisory within Indian real estate markets.

Working knowledge of RERA and familiarity with local property documentation and compliance processes.

Ability to perform property valuation and prepare comparative market analysis.

Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and closing negotiated deals.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce and strong MS Excel basics for reporting.

Willingness and ability to work on-site with frequent local travel for site visits and client meetings.

Prior experience with PropTech platforms or marketplace-led property sales.

Established network of buyers, brokers or investor contacts in local markets.
