Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. This role involves managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s success in a competitive real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers and sellers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including pricing, trends, and legal regulations
  • Build and manage a portfolio of property listings, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and legal framework
  • Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
  • RERA or DMT certification preferred
