Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Real Estate Sales Professional who can convert leads into closures with confidence. If you love building relationships, understand customer behaviour, and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property consultations
• Build strong client relationships to drive sales conversions
• Maintain CRM updates and manage daily sales pipeline
• Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth deal closures
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities & pricing

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Confidence during client meetings & site visits
• Ability to understand customer needs and match suitable inventory
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
• Experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with strong communication can also apply)
