Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in clients, inquiries, and leads to explain available residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct property site visits with clients and provide a consultative sales approach.
• Understand customer requirements and match them to appropriate real estate projects.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain follow-ups, coordinate with back-office teams for documentation and payments.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in promotional events, property exhibitions, and marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
