Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling residential units and real estate projects, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has solid experience in real estate sales within the Eastern Province, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell residential units and real estate projects (off-plan and ready properties).
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into actual sales.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Maintain accurate client data, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and performance updates for direct management.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and customer service teams to support sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations in the Eastern Province.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma is the minimum requirement (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales .
  • Strong knowledge of the Eastern Province real estate market.
  • Proven experience in selling residential units and/or real estate projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • High level of commitment, professionalism, and work ethics.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience selling off-plan and ready real estate projects.
  • Experience working with real estate developers or brokerage firms.
  • Familiarity with real estate sales processes, documentation, and client management best practices.
