Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Purpose:


To support the sales team in driving property sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing guidance throughout the buying journey. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to build a career in real estate sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients in a professional and friendly manner across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, social media, website and on-site inquiries).
  • Support in handling inbound leads and qualifying potential buyers.
  • Assist in presenting and promoting available real estate properties to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences to suggest suitable property options.
  • Coordinate and attend property viewings, explaining key features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to maintain engagement and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Support the sales team in negotiations and deal closure processes.
  • Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay informed about company projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
  • Provide basic after-sales support and address client inquiries professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover processes.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related experience.
  • Interest in real estate sales and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and presentable with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
