Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant who is fluent in Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, investors, and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage a pipeline of Chinese-speaking clients
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, new developments, and market conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Additional languages are an advantage
