Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate all activities for the purchase and sale of properties, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.

2. Oversee advertising and promotions across media channels to attract potential buyers and drive sales.

3. Meet with clients and prospects, presenting tailored real estate deals to close sales.

4. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and match them with suitable properties.

5. Supervise the preparation and approval of essential documents, including purchase agreements and lease contracts.

6. Coordinate property deal closures, ensuring timely signing of documents and receipt of payments.

7. Arrange property viewings for prospective buyers to facilitate the finalization of sales.

8. Act as an intermediary to negotiate and finalize successful property deals between sellers and buyers.

9. Provide regular reports on sales operations, performance, and returns using CRM systems and tracking tools.

10. Maintain ongoing client relationships, discuss future business opportunities, and ensure compliance with housing laws.

11. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives

Job Requirements:

o Minimum Bachelor's Degree

o At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry

o Strong communication skills

o Confident and reliable personality

o Growth-oriented and positive mindset
