About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with clients to understand property requirements and provide solutions.
  • Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate deals and assist clients through the sales process.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in real estate sales/telecalling/sales role will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
