Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent communication skills in both Telugu and English, and a proven track record in customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 year of experience in real estate sales.
• Languages: Fluency in Telugu and comfort with English is essential.
• Customer Relations: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients to generate sales for residential properties.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and benefits.
• Conduct site visits for prospective buyers, showcasing the properties and highlighting key features.
• Assist clients with the completion of necessary documentation for property purchase.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
