Job Description:

TMG Venture is looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate must be proactive, confident, and skilled in communication and negotiation, with strong convincing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in property sales, client visits, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing.
• Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.
• Use effective sales techniques to close deals efficiently.
• Requirements:
• 2–3 years of Real Estate Sales experience (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Proactive, confident, and target-oriented personality.
• Knowledge of all modern real estate sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Male candidates preferred
