We are looking for highly motivated and experienced sales professionals who have prior experience in US Truck Dispatching or B2B sales.
You’ll be responsible for closing deals, onboarding new trucking clients, and driving revenue growth for our dispatching operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close leads for truck dispatching services in the US market.
Communicate with trucking companies, owner-operators, and brokers.
Present Red Axle’s dispatching solutions professionally and confidently.
Manage CRM, track client communication, and maintain follow-up cycles.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the dispatch and marketing team to optimize results.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in Truck Dispatch Sales
Excellent English communication (neutral accent preferred).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Must be comfortable with night shift (US hours).
Basic computer skills (CRM, email, spreadsheets).
