Position: Regional Sales Manager – Critical Power Division (UPS, BESS)

Job Purpose:
To lead and drive sales operations of the Critical Power Division, focusing on UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) within the assigned region. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solution selling and strategic market development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives for UPS and BESS products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and corporate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, project opportunities, and competitor activities.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports.
- Contribute to pricing strategy and negotiation of large contracts or tenders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver high performance.
- Coordinate with technical, design, and project teams for solution customization and proposal development.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring timely reporting and accountability.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses, technical support, and after-sales follow-ups.
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Resolve client concerns efficiently to build brand trust and loyalty.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Gather market insights, including trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular feedback to management for strategy improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. MBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales of UPS, Power Solutions, or BESS systems, with at least 3 years in a regional managerial role.
- Strong technical understanding of critical power systems, batteries, and energy storage solutions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
