About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the UAE property market, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle. This role requires a motivated professional who can build strong client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through company channels, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client consultations.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and close sales in line with company standards.
- Maintain an updated database of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
- Stay informed about new project launches, market developments, and competitive offerings.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold high service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi or UAE property market, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
