We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to represent leading International real estate developers and sell premium residential inventory to Pakistani investors and end-users. This role requires a consultative, relationship-led sales approach, catering to high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Key Responsibilities
a. Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of premium international real estate projects to investors and end-users
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification to deal closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, high-intent clients
- Achieve assigned revenue and conversion targets
b. Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to investors by understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon
- Present projects, payment plans, and investment propositions in a clear and compelling manner
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
c. Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
- Work closely with developer partners to stay updated on inventory, pricing, and project developments
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth documentation, compliance, and transaction execution
- Maintain accurate sales records and client data
d. Market & Performance Insights
- Monitor buyer behavior, feedback, and market trends
- Provide regular insights to leadership to support sales strategy and positioning
Experience
- 3–7 years of sales experience in real estate, investment advisory, wealth management, or other high-value asset sales
- Proven ability to close complex, high-involvement transactions
- Experience working with HNIs, investors, or premium clientele
Required Skills
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- High level of commercial and financial understanding
- Professional, confident, and relationship-oriented approach
- Ability to manage long sales cycles with discipline and follow-through
Preferred
- Experience in international or overseas real estate sales
- Existing network within investor or HNI circles
- Understanding of cross-border transaction processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
