About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, self-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real estate, confident in building relationships, and motivated to achieve high earnings through performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through calls, meetings, and digital platforms
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai properties
• Conduct property viewings and client presentations
• Negotiate deals and close transactions
• Build and maintain a strong client database
• Stay updated on market trends, projects, and developers
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients professionally
• Represent the company at property launches and events

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in real estate sales in Dubai (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good knowledge of Dubai property market & developers
• Driving license is an advantage
• RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
