Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Qatar real estate market and a strong background in property sales and leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Qatar
• Handle client inquiries, property viewings, and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
• Prepare sales agreements and coordinate with legal and admin teams
• Update CRM systems with client and property details

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in real estate sales in Qatar
• Prior experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive / Property Consultant
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Valid Qatar ID preferred (transferable visa is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic speaking is an advantage (English required)
• Qatar driving license is a plus
• Strong customer service and sales skills
