Real Estate Sales & Leasing Manager (Brokerage)

Unicorn Real Estate is expanding, and we are seeking a highly driven Sales & Leasing Manager to lead our growing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry relationships, proven sales leadership, and the ability to rapidly scale our property portfolio.

Compensation:

Monthly salary: QAR 4,000

Attractive commission structure on personal deals

Additional commission based on the performance of the team managed

Strong earning potential for high performers

Key Responsibilities:

A)Business Development

Bring a minimum of 50 ready sales property listings or a strong network of landlords with whom we can quickly sign marketing agreements for sales properties.

Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and corporate clients.

Secure exclusive or semi-exclusive listings where possible.

B) Team Leadership & Management

Recruit, train, and build a high-performing sales and leasing team.

Mentor and manage the existing team to enhance professionalism and productivity.

Implement improved workflows, processes, and industry best practices.

C)Sales & Leasing Operations

Drive performance in both sales and leasing portfolios.

Manage negotiations, close deals, and strengthen client relationships.

Ensure compliance with company standards and market regulations.

Experience & Skills Required:

Strong background in real estate sales and leasing within Qatar.

Established network of landlords, property owners, and corporate entities.

Connections with companies such as UDC will be a strong advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory).

Proven leadership with the ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a team.

Ability to introduce improved processes and best practices.

Valid Qatar driving licence
