Job Description

Liwa Real Estate is looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling residential and/or commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell real estate properties to potential clients
  • Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and site visits
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations
  • Negotiate prices and close deals successfully
  • Maintain client database and follow up regularly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to finalize sales agreements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred (freshers can apply)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under targets and pressure
  • Basic knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage
  • Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Positive attitude and strong sales mindset
