Real Estate Sales Executive

We are hiring confident, motivated, and sales-driven professionals to join our growing real estate sales team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy client communication, cold calling, lead generation, property sales, and working toward clear monthly targets in a competitive real estate market.

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting Dubai real estate properties, arranging viewings, managing follow-ups, and converting leads into successful sales opportunities. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, persuasive, well-spoken, and committed to building a long-term career in real estate sales.

Dubai real estate experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and a target-focused mindset are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make daily outbound calls to potential clients and prospects

· Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads consistently

· Promote and sell real estate properties in Dubai

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options

· Arrange property viewings and coordinate client appointments

· Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to move opportunities forward

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Update client databases, lead records, and sales activity reports

· Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives

· Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, projects, and pricing

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities

· Confident in cold calling, follow-ups, and lead generation

· Good convincing, negotiation, and closing skills

· Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented

· Ability to handle client objections professionally

· Strong time management and follow-up discipline

· Previous real estate or sales experience in Dubai is preferred

· Must be comfortable working in a competitive sales environment
