Real Estate Sales Consultant

Compensation: Commission Only – High Earning Potential

We are looking for experienced, ambitious, and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with fresh leads generated through company marketing campaigns and self-generated leads.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
  • Conduct calls, meetings, property presentations, and property viewings.
  • Build strong relationships with investors and buyers.
  • Follow up with developers and clients throughout the sales process.
  • Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is mandatory.
  • Real estate experience in Dubai is preferred.
  • Arabic speaker (Mandatory).
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • UAE driving license and own car are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time / Commission Based
