Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Deal Executive, based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing real estate transactions, including property acquisition and leasing, while liaising with clients, landlords, and developers. The Real Estate Deal Executive will also perform financial assessments, provide expert guidance on property management, ensure compliance with regulations, and monitor market trends to identify profitable opportunities. Proactive communication and negotiation with stakeholders will be key aspects of daily responsibilities to ensure client satisfaction and transactional success.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial principles related to real estate transactions
• Excellent negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
