Responsibilities

• Prospect, approach, and convert potential clients for real estate projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase property offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
• Strong network and understanding of the Islamabad/Rawalpindi property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
