Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Commission-Based)Job Summary:

The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing property sales on a commission basis. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the real estate industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales leads through calls, social media, networking, and market research.
  • Present, promote, and sell residential or commercial properties to potential buyers.
  • Conduct property tours, client meetings, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of real estate projects, market trends, and competitors.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about properties.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, agreements, and related documentation.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain daily activity records and provide timely sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and documentation (added advantage).
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
  • Own conveyance is preferred.
