Key responsibilities include:

Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to property viewing, negotiation, and closing

Presenting residential apartment units clearly and professionally to prospective clients

Following up with leads and maintaining strong client relationships

Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to team goals

Updating leads and sales activities in CRM systems to ensure accurate records

Ensuring all commitments and agreements align with company policies and approvals
Requirements
Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential real estate sales

Direct experience selling residential apartment units
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Professional or native proficiency in Arabic
-
Saudi nationality
-
Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and able to commute for on-site work

Able to start immediately or within 2–4 weeks
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
