About the Role:

This role is responsible for driving strategic growth and deal origination for the Group within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Broker will focus on identifying, sourcing, and securing high-potential land and asset opportunities suitable for co-living communities and hospitality developments, particularly in affordable areas near key social infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong on-the-ground knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, with an established network of landowners, developers, and local stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, deal-driven individual who can originate opportunities, facilitate transactions, and support the Group’s expansion through market intelligence and relationship management.

The role will also contribute to strategically aligned projects, support capital-raising initiatives where required, and help enhance the Group’s visibility and presence within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Market Activity

• Identify, source, and originate land and real estate opportunities across Saudi Arabia aligned with the Group’s investment strategy.
• Leverage an existing network of landowners, developers, and market participants to access off-market and high-potential opportunities.
• Actively broker and facilitate transactions, supporting negotiations and ensuring smooth progression of deals from introduction through to closing.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including landowners, developers, investors, brokers, and government-related entities.
• Continuously monitor market activity, pricing trends, and emerging locations to identify viable opportunities.
• Scout opportunities through direct outreach, site visits, industry platforms, and professional networks.
• Track competitor activity and market positioning to inform deal sourcing and strategic direction.
• Support the preparation of deal summaries, business cases, and initial feasibility inputs for internal review.

Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (strategy, finance, development, and marketing) to align sourced opportunities with the Group’s objectives.
• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and market-facing materials related to Saudi opportunities.
• Assist with regulatory, government, and transaction-related processes in coordination with internal teams and external advisors.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, sourced deals, and market insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in business development, investment, or commercial roles within real estate, property development, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, including local regulations, business practices, and stakeholder landscape.
• Great sales track record and capabilities to originate and secure land or asset opportunities, partnerships, and development or investment deals.
• Established network across landowners, developers, investors, and government-related entities in KSA.
• Solid experience in commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and opportunity evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare business cases, feasibility input, and market assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Arabic and English proficiency is required.
