Role Overview
Isaac Developers is hiring performance-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives / Sales Consultants to support sales operations for The Novo Tower, a premium mixed-use development. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, deal closure, and revenue generation while maintaining professional and ethical sales standards aligned with international real estate practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell residential and commercial inventory in line with company policies
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead engagement to booking confirmation
- Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, dealers, and end clients
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and booking coordination
- Maintain CRM updates and client follow-up schedules
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead conversion
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly & Quarterly Sales Volume (units sold / value closed)
- Lead Conversion Ratio (inquiries to confirmed bookings)
- Client Follow-Up Effectiveness (timely engagement & closure rate)
- Site Visit-to-Booking Conversion Rate
- Revenue Contribution per Quarter
- Pipeline Management Accuracy (CRM updates & forecasting)
- Client Retention & Referral Rate
- Compliance & Documentation Accuracy

- Achievement of assigned sales targets within defined timelines

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and sales pipelines
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting practices
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation is a plus
