Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Sales/Investment Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in property sales and investment advisory, who are passionate about helping clients build wealth through strategic real estate decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on property investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi and other key markets
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify high-yield assets and emerging investment trends
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions
• Prepare investment proposals and financial models to support client decision-making
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and transaction documentation
• Stay informed about regulatory changes, market dynamics, and economic indicators affecting real estate investments

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or investment advisory, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of property investment strategies and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
