Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales/Investment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales and investment advisory, with the ability to guide clients through profitable opportunities in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic real estate market. This role requires excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and a proven track record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on property sales, purchases, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on property values and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and developers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and investment strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or investment advisory, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA/DMT certification is a plus.
