Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent

Job Description:

We are Real Estate company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a driven and enthusiastic property SALES and LEASING consultant to join our dynamic team. The property sales & leasing consultant will be responsible for representing our portfolio of luxury properties, cultivating client relationships, and facilitating property transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.

- Conduct property tours and showcase luxury residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.

- Maintain a database of property listings and client information.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and best practices

- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and property management.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent bachelor’s degree

- Minimum 2-years' experience in Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must

- Valid UAE Driving License
