Real Estate Sales Listing Specialist

We are seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Listing Specialist to join our brokerage and grow our listing portfolio. In this role, you will source and secure property listings, develop compelling marketing presentations, manage listing agreements and the MLS process, and build strong relationships with sellers and referral partners. The ideal candidate combines local market expertise, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset to maximize listing exposure and close transactions efficiently.

Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 commission based OTE
