Real estate Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic leader ready to take charge of a high-performing team? We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager / Senior Manager who can drive growth, inspire teams, and deliver outstanding business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the entire team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and cross-functional coordination.
  • Set performance benchmarks, monitor results, and implement improvement plans.
  • Mentor and groom team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Work closely with top management to execute business vision and expansion plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role with Real Estate (minimum 7–10 years preferred).
  • Strong track record in sales, business development, or operations.
  • Excellent team management and motivational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
