Base pay range

AED120,000.00/yr - AED156,000.00/yr

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and CRM staff to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the UAE real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, brokers, and investors to expand the company's network and sales channels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, to successful deal closure.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to track trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and sales activations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and industry networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
