We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and oversee daily sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and the ability to motivate and guide agents to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase property listings and close deals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Oversee lead distribution and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion.
  • Stay updated with market trends, RERA regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and present performance insights to management.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service across the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or Senior Property Consultant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • RERA certification (advantage).
