Real Estate Sales Manager

We’re looking for a highly experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, grow, and empower our sales team at True Vision Properties. If you’re a strong closer, a natural leader, and deeply familiar with the Dubai property market, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of Property Consultants
• Drive team sales targets and elevate performance through effective leadership
• Oversee the full sales cycle — lead distribution, client meetings, negotiations & closings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
• Ensure all procedures follow RERA and company guidelines

Requirements

• 4+ years’ real estate experience in Dubai
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or team-management role
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan and/or secondary market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• UAE driving license preferred
• RERA certification is a plus
