- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the local Dubai office.
- Act as the main point of contact and manager for Dubai-based staff.
- Coordinate with HQ for alignment on policies and performance standards.
- Lead, train, and manage the sales to achieve company sales objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to project handover.
- Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for property registrations, Contract issuance, and title deeds.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive off-plan and secondary market sales.
- Handle land and unit registration processes and ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, preparing regular management reports.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and marketing teams to streamline sales operations.
- Ensure all documentation, contracts, and payments are accurately processed and filed.
- Support the sales team with administrative assistance, policy implementation, and client follow-ups.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (off-plan and secondary).
- Proven sales record with reputable developers and brokerages.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- RERA certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
