Job Title: Real Estate Manager

Location: Dubai

Reporting: CEO

Role: The real estate manager at Adulis bay properties will play a crucial role in leading a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets, maintain high client satisfaction and uphold the company’s luxury brand image. This role requires strong leadership, real estate market knowledge and client relationship management skills to drive performance and growth within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team leadership and relationship management

Lead, train and motivate sales consultants.

Set daily, weekly, monthly sales targets aligned with company goals

Conduct one on one coaching sessions and performance evaluations

Monitor CRM updates, pipeline progress and client follow ups

Ensure team members maintain professional behavior, appearance and punctuality according to company standards.

Drive property sales and leasing within Dubai real estate market

Develop and maintain sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

Generate leads through B2C and B2B channels, open houses and developer’s relations

Ensure personalized and high – end experience for all clients

Follow up for client’s post sale for feedback, referrals and after sales support

Manage VIP clients and provide property investment advice

Maintain excellent communication between the company and clients to strengthen brand trust

Reporting and coordination with CEO

Coordinate with marketing and HR departments to align on new campaigns, hiring needs and events

Represent the company at property expo, open house and client meetings

Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Dubai Real Estate with at least 2 years in leadership role / senior sales role.

Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan and secondary property markets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Leadership and team management abilities

Proficiency in CRM systems

Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages is a Plus)

Charismatic, target-driven professional and confident in dealing with high-net-worth clients
