Position: Real Estate – Portfolio / Sales Manager

Role Overview:-
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio / Sales Manager to oversee and optimise our cards portfolio. The successful candidate will lead a team, drive growth, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies to maximise portfolio performance, including pricing, promotions, and product enhancements.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the portfolio team.

· Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

· Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Customer Service to enhance products and services.

· Monitor portfolio performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

· 12+ years of experience in cards portfolio management or a related field.

· Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting targets.

· Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with card products (credit, debit, prepaid) and portfolio metrics (NIM, Fee Income, Delinquencies, Customer Retention).

· Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and portfolio management tools.

· Knowledge of fraud prevention, risk management, and UAE regulatory compliance.

· Native-level English (British preferred) with immediate availability.
