Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage your own existing team of real estate agents to achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.

Oversee team listings on property portals and ensure high-quality documentation.

Coordinate with developers, landlords, and clients to secure exclusive deals.

Drive CRM usage within your team to maintain accurate client records and follow-ups.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.

Team: Must have an active team of agents ready to join.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai property market, RERA laws, and sales processes.

Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and CRM management skills.

Language: Professional English communication (Additional languages are a plus).
