Job Overview
Primevista Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and a proven ability to drive team performance and close high-value property deals.
This role requires someone who can develop effective sales strategies, manage agents efficiently, and build a structured, high-performance sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for secondary and off-plan property markets
- Monitor sales KPIs including pipeline activity, lead conversion, and deal progress
- Conduct weekly team meetings, daily follow-ups, and performance reviews
- Coach agents on lead handling, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate sales reporting
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance
- Support agents in securing exclusive listings and improving property presentations
- Handle escalations, client negotiations, and assist with high-value deal closures
- Ensure compliance with Real Estate Regulatory Agency regulations and brokerage standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Real Estate Agent managing a team
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, off-plan developers, and secondary market trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as French or Dutch are a plus)
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Some Saturdays may be required depending on workload
