Real Estate Sales Manager

Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our real estate sales team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies that contribute to business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the sales team
• Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue and improve conversion rates
• Motivate, train, and support Real Estate Agents to achieve individual and team targets
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review
• Ensure excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, industry events, and networking opportunities

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience (UAE market experience preferred)
• Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• Excellent understanding of property sales processes and client relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets consistently
