Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing properties.
• Stay updated on real estate trends and market conditions to provide clients with accurate information.
• Organize and conduct property viewings and site visits, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and profitable agreements for all parties involved.
• Prepare and manage the necessary paperwork related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements.
• As the requirement indicated, we need to be on-site every week to meet clients, visit properties, and close deals.
• Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Own vehical
• Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Highly driven and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Week Off)
