Hiring: Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 10,000 AED per month including everything plus 10% commission on each sale of your team member

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and coordinate with marketing and support staff for our operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on real estate experience in India and basic knowledge of Dubai’s property market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Lead and guide a team of sales executives to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Drive daily sales activities and maintain strong follow-up processes.
  • Implement effective sales strategies based on market needs.
  • Track and manage leads, conversions, and CRM updates.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on promotions, campaigns, and project launches.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing activities, events, and digital campaigns.

Team & Support Staff Coordination

  • Oversee support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Align sales, marketing, and administrative teams for efficient workflow.
  • Conduct performance reviews, team meetings, and training sessions.

Client Relations

  • Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and available projects.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and feedback for senior management.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of real estate sales experience .
  • Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage sales teams and coordinate marketing/admin support.
  • Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with off-plan sales or brokerage operations.
  • Understanding of real estate documentation and regulations.
