Required a Real Estate Sales Manager (Male/Female) in Dubai to oversee a team of sales agents, guiding them in meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting and training agents, and managing the sales pipeline. Strong knowledge of local market trends, freehold regulations and off plan project management. Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years managing diverse portfolios including residential, commercial, mixed-use developments with expertise in regulatory compliance in accordance with RERA and Dubai Land Development guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: Creating and executing plans to achieve sales goals.
· Recruiting and Training Sales Agents: Finding and onboarding new team members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
**Managing Sales Pipeline: **
· Tracking and managing the progress of sales deals from initial contact to closure.
· Establishing clear goals for the sales team.
· Motivating and Leading the Sales Team: Providing support, guidance, and encouragement to the sales agents.
· Providing regular updates on sales performance to management.
· Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring that customers have a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong Sales Skills: Experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of success.
· Leadership and Management Experience: Ability to motivate and guide a team.
· Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Market Knowledge:
· In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
· Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with buyers and sellers.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve issues that may arise during the sales process.
Typical Duties:
· Conducting market research to identify potential clients.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
· Presenting properties to potential buyers.
· Negotiating sales contracts.
· Closing sales deals.
· Providing after-sales support.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and other language proficiency will be an added advantage. Strong Interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of multicultural client expectations in Dubai’s real estate sector.

Salary: 10k AED -15k AED plus very lucrative incentives
Salaries can vary based on experience, performance, and the specific company.
Commission-based earnings can significantly increase total compensation.
