We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager specializing in off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, proven expertise in managing high-value property portfolios, and the ability to lead and inspire a sales team to consistently achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote off-plan projects and achieve company revenue objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to consistently meet individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing transactions.
- Present project information to clients through professional presentations and site visits.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance project visibility and optimize lead conversion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE real estate regulations, and legal standards.
- Prepare regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and provide market insights to senior management.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in off-plan projects within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets, developers, and investment trends.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and client-focused approach.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
