As our business expands, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager fluent in Russian or a European language to drive our off-plan sales team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of real estate agents specializing in off-plan project sales.
- Hire and train new agents, ensuring they understand Dubai’s off-plan market, project portfolios, and legal frameworks.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote exclusive off-plan developments.
- Oversee team performance using CRM and KPI tracking tools; ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Assist agents in closing high-value deals and maintaining strong developer relationships.
- Stay informed on the latest off-plan launches, payment plans, and investment trends in the Dubai market.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews regularly.
- Represent the company at property launches, events, and client presentations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian or a European language (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish); English proficiency is required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate sales, with proven success in off-plan project sales
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property market, developer landscape, and legal guidelines.
- Confident communicator and negotiator with strong leadership skills.
- CRM proficiency and ability to analyze performance metrics effectively.
- Driven, organized, and results-focused with a passion for property investment.
