Real Estate Sales Manager/Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property transactions, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets in Dubai’s competitive property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and clients.
  • Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and client presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the sales team.
  • Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a senior sales role in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, laws, and regulations.
  • RERA certification (preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
